It is a slightly edited version of the spreadsheet that I use for my budgeting every month.

I’ve been using Excel to list my income and expenditure, but it was messy and disorganised. Sure, I could read it and understand it. The numbers were all there. But it wasn’t user friendly and I wasn’t able to see information clearly.

I did some research and decided to download this budget planner. And it has made a huge difference. It’s clear, organised, with recommended %spend for each category. I can easily see where I can make savings and where I can take funds from and reduce debt. I really like that you can see all of your debt in one box, so I can track the reduction and see when I am likely to be debt free. It also shows my net worth – it’s good to see that number increasing!

This is a well designed, user friendly spreadsheet which I highly recommend to anyone who require a budget (which is everyone!).
